📦 Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or tailored garments

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Traditional Clothing Co. is not liable for lost returns.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at traditionalclothing.co@outlook.com with photos and your order number.
